3. Tour Participation:

  • Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

4. Health and Safety:

  • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

5. Liability:

  • We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
  • Participants are advised to have their own travel insurance.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

  • We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Photography and Media:

  • We may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer:

  • Up to 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.
  • No-shows: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Provider:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, guide illness), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to another available date.

3. Rescheduling:

  • Customers can reschedule their tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges, subject to availability.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
